Many of you may struggle daily about finding your purpose. You wake up and think is today the day I’m going to walk into my purpose. It’s not only purpose. You wake up and say is today the day I’m going to feel passion again.
You wonder if you’re going to get your motivation back.
A New Course Coming Soon
I have something amazing in the works and I can’t wait to share it with you. I’m going to share with you the path to purpose. We’re going to take your past, your present, and your future, and we’re going to identify what your purpose is and what your passion is exactly.
Straight Line to Success
I feel like as entrepreneurs, or if you’re trying to lose weight, or trying to write a book, or whatever it is, we want a straight line to success. How many of you want a straight line to success?
You don’t want to go up and down and feel the emotional roller coaster. You don’t want to experience turmoil or trouble or anxiety or feel like a failure. You don’t want to feel that nobody wants to buy your product, or that nobody wants what you have to offer.
We just want to say I’ve made it. I’ve arrived. We don’t want to go through the path to purpose.
You Don’t Need to Have Just One Passion
What I want to make sure you understand when you’re finding your purpose is that you’re going to have different passions in your lifetime. You’re not going to have just one passion. You don’t have to find one purpose and one passion.
I feel like we set ourselves up when we try to find one thing to succeed at.
How many of you feel like you’re searching for that one purpose?
We need to stop trying to find that one thing and we need to realize and look at the gifts we’ve been given and that God has blessed us with.
Here is a quick timeline of myself.
I started out in retail management. I was broke as a joke. I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life.
But here I was in retail and I was helping customers and helping them solve their own problems. Then I was promoted to leadership.
Then I worked at a golf course. I waited on people at a golf course.
Next I taught group fitness classes. After that I was personal training.
Now I’m helping people really identify what their passion and purpose is in the Lord.
I never thought I would be preaching the gospel. Never in my life did I feel qualified to preach the gospel at any level. I still don’t feel I’m qualified to do that.
The point is there are many things you don’t feel qualified to do, but those are sometimes the very thing you need to do.
How My Course Will Help in Finding Your Purpose
It’s probably going to be about two months before this course is released, but I’m excited to dive into sharing and helping with your path to purpose.
We will dive into your past and identify why your past is holding you back from your present and why you have the thoughts that you have right now. Then we will identify the steps you need to take to get to your future. I will be breaking it all down.
I want to encourage you that you don’t need to feel pressure every day to find this one purpose and passion and you don’t need to think if you don’t find it you’re not going to succeed.
You don’t have to be stressed. I just want you to go out there and live and have experiences and fail sometimes. Because here’s the thing, failure isn’t failure.
Failure is like being rerouted.
Failure is always a step in the right direction or a detour. Failure is like being rerouted. If you focus on where the Lord wants to take you right now, you may begin to have the fear that it might not work. Do it anyways with discernment of course. Half the time when we mess up or when things don’t go our way it’s just a detour.
Sometimes we need to experience those things in order to grow and live and experience life and to fulfill His purpose. But you have to want it.
Don’t wake up tomorrow praying for God to give you your purpose. Pray that He gives you direction and confidence to move in the direction He is calling you to go. I think that’s where we need to start.
